Where’s The Gas Tank?
Since I was visiting friends in Raleigh, NC and the van was in Charlotte, NC, I needed to pick the van up and get it to TN (where I would be working on it) and myself to St. Louis, MO within 24hrs. Sounds crazy, you say? Yes
I’ll Just Buy A Van
After finishing up my construction paper plans, I texted my uncle a picture of my construction paper. He said “we can do that” and I got to work on finding a van. Turns out it was harder said than done.

So if you’re like me, every big project starts out with an idea. Here is my preliminary drawing of my future van - way before I had approval from my boss to work remotely, or the van, or a plan on how I, with very limited building experience, was going to build myself a full home on wheels.
